A prepared accord, not an extract. The one commercial fragrance actually named Almond Honey, from Bluebyrd Soaps, builds it as "sweet wild honey and buttery almonds with glazes of milk, Tonka bean, vanilla, and musk" and lists the notes in that order. CA Perfume's glossary documents the two halves separately: almond's "signature in scent" is "sweet, nutty, and powdery" from benzaldehyde, and honey is "a rich, creamy sweetness with pronounced floral and slightly fruity undertones" built on phenylacetic acid and phenylacetaldehyde.
