Scent Profile
Coffee_cacao is the note, and all three sources say so without hedging: 'that strong chocolate scent', 'a heavy base note of baking chocolate', 'not just pure chocolate'. It is baking or unsweetened chocolate in the two sources that specify, so it is dry cocoa rather than a melted bar. Sweet_vanillic is the second layer and it is asserted directly, twice: 'sweet vanilla and musky tones' from Olympic Orchids, and 'the lighter, sharper sweetness of vanilla extract' from Your Flowers Guide. This is the one clear split from the published chocolate-flower note, which was scored sweet_vanillic because its sources insist on unsweetened cocoa. Here vanilla is claimed, not inferred. Below, floral sits with a spread: it is a flower, but no source describes a floral quality at all, so this is inference held wide rather than evidence. Clean_musk and animalic split the single word 'musky' from one nursery, and neither reading is supported over the other, which is why both carry spreads. Powdery is the dryness of baking cocoa. Nutty and creamy_woody come from the 'brownies cooling on the counter' image and are inference, not claim. Everything else is unstated by these sources and held low with a wide spread, not zeroed.

Origin
Oncidium 'Sharry Baby', a horticultural orchid hybrid grown for its scent. It is not a perfumery extract and no absolute or GC-MS sensory sheet exists for it. Every description available is from specialist orchid nurseries and gardening writing about the living plant. Two nurseries and one gardening guide were read, and all three give the same two layers in the same order: chocolate first, vanilla second.
Usage in Perfumery
A gourmand-floral note. In a composition it reads as the cocoa side of a chocolate accord with a flower's lift, rather than as an orchid. Note that the perfumery use may be built as a cocoa-vanilla accord that only borrows the cultivar's name. No source found confirms that any commercial use is faithful to the live flower.
