Sharry Baby Orchid smells strongly of baking chocolate, dry cocoa rather than a melted bar. A lighter, sweet vanilla top sits above it, released by sunlight on the flower. A faint musky note runs underneath, and the whole thing carries a dry, powdery quality like cocoa dust, with a cosy warmth close to brownies cooling on a counter.

Origin
Oncidium 'Sharry Baby', a horticultural orchid hybrid grown for its scent. It is not a perfumery extract and no absolute or GC-MS sensory sheet exists for it. Every description available is from specialist orchid nurseries and gardening writing about the living plant.
Usage in Perfumery
A gourmand-floral note. In a composition it reads as the cocoa side of a chocolate accord with a flower's lift, rather than as an orchid. Perfumery use is not confirmed as faithful to the live flower. It can be only a cocoa-vanilla accord that borrows the cultivar's name.
