It reads as the smell of flavoured hookah smoke: humid, lightly caramelised, honeyed, and spiced with anise or cinnamon. The fruit is a top layer, not the body. Both sources describing it are consumer note glossaries, not perfume houses.
Scent Profile
Tobacco_hay leads. Both sources name tobacco and Mimya calls it 'warm, dark tobacco', which is the body of the accord rather than a facet of it. Fruity follows for 'crisp, juicy red and green apple notes' - close behind, and deliberately not first, because Mimya's own third quote says the double apple tradition this note references does not smell of apple. Smoky is the second thing both sources agree on: 'sweet and smoky' from Nottier, 'the humid, slightly caramelized aroma of flavored hookah smoke' from Mimya. Sweet_vanillic is that caramelised sweetness plus the shisha molasses. Honeyed is Mimya's 'honeyed undertones', stated once and directly. Warm_spice covers the cinnamon half of 'exotic spices like anise or cinnamon'. Aromatic_herbal covers the anise and licorice half, and it carries the widest spread in the vector because one source says that facet dominates the real material while neither source puts it above the apple in the accord.

Origin
Synthetic and composed. No manufacturer sells a material under this name and no source names the aroma chemicals used to build it. The real-world reference is mu'assel, the molasses-soaked flavoured tobacco smoked in a water pipe, and specifically the 'double apple' blend. Mimya notes that double apple is 'famous for not actually smelling like apples' and is carried by anise or licorice instead, so the accord's name describes what perfumers build rather than what the tobacco smells like.
Usage in Perfumery
A gourmand-oriental accord used to add smoke and sweetness without going to a straight tobacco note. The apple keeps the top edible and bright while the tobacco and caramelised smoke carry the drydown. It sits with honey, benzoin, labdanum and vanilla, and it is the shape behind the amber-and-hookah family of orientals.
