No separate raw material. The facet is a construction, and the source names its historical building block directly: C-14 aldehyde, that is gamma-undecalactone, a synthetic that mimics peach skin. CA Perfume shows the same lactone pair, gamma-decalactone (CAS 706-14-9) and gamma-undecalactone (CAS 104-67-6), producing what it calls a creamy peach-apricot skin aroma on apricot. That matters for how much this note can claim: skin is a property of these lactones on any fuzzy stone fruit, not something peach-specific.

Usage in Perfumery
