Strawberry meringue is a dessert note: whipped sugar and egg white with red berry folded through it. The sugar side leads and the fruit sits on top as a garnish. It is drier and airier than strawberry cream, and it has none of the cooked, syrupy weight of strawberry jam.

Sweet_vanillic leads because the head noun is meringue and both trade glossaries describe that accord as sweet first: CA Perfume gives 'a sweet, airy note that adds a creamy touch', Silloria gives 'sweet, creamy, powdery warmth'. Fruity is the strawberry, held below the sugar rather than level with it, because the one reviewer who described a perfume built on this note reached for 'vanilla cake with caramel-sugar icing, dotted with a few strawberry slices' (Now Smell This on Pleasures Delight). That simile puts the fruit on top of the sugar, not beside it. The published mandarine-meringue holds its fruit and its sugar level at 0.62 each, and the difference here is evidenced rather than assumed. Powdery is Silloria's 'cloud-like softness' and 'powdery warmth', the same reading the published meringue note carries. Lactonic is the creamy touch both glossaries name, kept under meringue's own 0.42 because the strawberry takes room. Honeyed, sour, green and clean_musk are small and carried over from what strawberry and meringue are already scored as: the berry has a tart, slightly leafy edge and the sugar accord has an airy musk lift. No source describes the pairing itself, so every value here is a combination of independent single-ingredient descriptions and the spreads are wide to say so.

A confectionery reference, not a material. No supplier sells a discrete 'strawberry meringue' base. The name comes from perfume marketing copy of 2007-2009, and Estee Lauder's Pleasures Delight (2007) is the clearest use: its own note list gives 'whipped strawberry meringue' as one top-note item beside pomegranate and caramel. A perfumer builds it from strawberry esters over the same sugar-and-egg-white accord that carries the published meringue note. Trade glossaries describe that accord as sweet, airy and creamy with no egg or butter (Silloria; CA Perfume).
