Strawberry s'mores is a gourmand top note: juicy red strawberry over toasted marshmallow. The fruit leads and the sugar behind it is caramelised rather than raw, which is what separates it from strawberry syrup or strawberry cream. It reads bright and sweet first, then turns creamy and toasty.
Scent Profile
Fruity leads and every source that describes the note puts the fruit first: ScentClones calls it 'a juicy, almost candied strawberry blast' and says 'the strawberry is prominent and realistic', and Fragrantica opens on 'the succulent sweetness of fresh strawberries'. Sweet_vanillic is the marshmallow and the burnt sugar behind it. It sits just under the published strawberry-syrup at 0.78, because the sugar here is a toasted marshmallow rather than a boiled syrup, and both sources make it a named half of the note rather than a background: 'fresh strawberry with a toasted marshmallow sweetness' and 'melted marshmallow mixed with nuances of vanilla and burnt sugar'. Lactonic is the creaminess Fragrantica names directly. Sour is the tartness both sources report, 'somewhere between sweet and tart'. Smoky is small and deliberate. It is the caramelised edge of a toasted marshmallow, not a fire. No source mentions chocolate or graham cracker, so coffee_cacao stays at zero and nutty stays. Powdery, honeyed, green and clean_musk are carried over from the published strawberry and marshmallow readings and are not separately evidenced for this note.

Origin
A dessert reference, not a material. No supplier sells it as a base. The name arrives with Lattafa's Yara Elixir (2025), whose own product page lists 'Strawberry s'mores' as one named top-note item beside black currant. A perfumer builds it from strawberry esters over a marshmallow accord with a caramelised sugar facet. The two other classic s'mores parts, chocolate and graham cracker, are not mentioned by any source that describes this note, so nothing here stands for them.
Usage in Perfumery
Attested in 2 Fragrantica-listed fragrances and absent from Parfumo's note index. Only one product, Yara Elixir, could be sourced as actually using it. It is a top-note opener that hands over to the sweeter base beneath it. Fragrantica's own description follows that shape: a fruity, sugary burst first, then creamy and toasty.
