Dhenel Oud Combodi is another of Aromara's own pure oud oils, this one built around the character associated with Cambodian agarwood specifically - regarded among oud enthusiasts as smoother and sweeter than the punchier Indian or Hindi styles. Applied directly to pulse points, it opens deep and distinctive with a woody density that carries a gentle sweetness underneath the smoke, a softer entry point into oud than the starker, more medicinal styles some other regions produce. Because it's a pure oil rather than a composed Extrait, there's minimal top-note theatre - the scent settles quickly into its core woody-smoky character and then slowly develops that sweetness across the day as skin warmth releases the oil gradually. A whisper of vanilla-like sweetness in the base keeps it from reading as harsh, giving it a rounder, more approachable feel than a starkly resinous oud.
