Aromara Oud Mood is an Extrait de Parfum. Oud Mood opens with Oud and Rose, settles into a heart of Amber, Violet, and Cinnamon, and dries down to a base of Musk, Leather, and Benzoin. Aromara's Oud Mood carries an Acquired verdict, a rose-led wear.

Oud Mood is Aromara's take on Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood, a plush rose-and-oud signature. Built at 35% Extrait, the oud-rose-amber core is close, though the dupe pushes sweeter and less silky than MFK's famously velvety original.

About

Oud Mood opens with oud and rose together, rich and immediately recognisable, before amber, cinnamon and violet build a warm, spiced heart. Benzoin, musk and leather settle into a dense, velvety base. MFK's original is celebrated for how seamlessly its rose and oud are blended into a satin-smooth, almost creamy texture with real restraint; this version keeps the same rose-oud-amber skeleton but renders it a touch sweeter and more straightforward, losing some of that silky blending in exchange for a bolder, more immediate richness. The oud-rose-amber-leather arc still reads as an unmistakable homage to the MFK original. It performs excellently, with strong persistence and moderate-to-strong projection, best suited to cold-weather evenings and dressier date nights.
