No. 146 tracks Chloe's Rose Tangerine formula note-for-note: tangerine and blackcurrant on top, a soft rose heart, cedar and white amber underneath. On application, the resemblance is strong - bright citrus giving way to a clean, radiant rose. The difference is in the base: Chloe's white amber and cedar have a soft-focus warmth that lingers for five-plus hours, while this dupe's woody base is more linear and fades to a faint clean-musk within two to three hours, losing the rose's presence along with it. As a bright, easy spring or summer scent for daytime it does the job well enough, but anyone chasing the original's lasting radiance will notice the shortfall by lunchtime.
