Happyland Signature Gold is an Extrait de Parfum. Happyland's Signature Gold carries an Acquired verdict, a musk-led wear.

Basil and davana over dried fruit, then amber, labdanum, oud and incense resting on vanilla and tonka. A resinous, herbal flanker that tones down the sweetness of the original, built for autumn and winter.

Showing: Overall Blend

Top, heart and base are the pyramid as published, not a timing claim. Each note's timing follows its listed tier, where it usually sits across many published pyramids (from ScentPrism) and its vapour pressure. A note comes through as the notes usually listed before it fade, judged from how other pyramids order the same pair. The thickness of a ribbon shows the note's share of what is left on the skin, which tracks how strongly it smells, because odour thresholds rise with vapour pressure. The shares come from how prominent wearers vote each note. It is a simple model, not a measurement.

About

Signature Gold is the gilded flanker of Happyland's Signature Extrait, sold in 30 ml and 50 ml sprays. It takes the original's amber warmth and makes it drier and less sweet. Basil and davana give the opening an herbal, fruity edge, and dried fruits add a plummy depth. In the base the picture turns resinous: amber, labdanum, benzoin and incense lie over patchouli and oud, softened by vanilla, tonka and ambergris. Compared with the original it is less sugary and less spicy, and the extra herbs and resin make it more serious. The blend can feel a touch busy, and not everyone finds the additions harmonious, but the performance is strong, with long wear and a good trail. Autumn and winter are its home.
