Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau Intense

Light Blue Eau Intense concentrates the original Light Blue's Mediterranean citrus into a richer, muskier eau de parfum, and this One Pure Drop oil chases that intensity from the first spray - or in this case, drop. The lemon and green mandarin opening is bright and true to form, with a touch of jasmine lifting it. Where the original distinguishes itself is a fig-and-juniper heart that adds texture before settling into a warm, sophisticated musk; here that middle stage is thinner, and the fragrance moves more directly from citrus top to a straightforward musky-woody base. It still reads clean and summery, just less layered than the D&G original. As an oil it's well suited to warm-weather wear, applying quickly without the alcohol sting of a spray and lasting reasonably well close to skin.
