Scandal Attar takes on JPG's playful, honey-forward feminine fragrance, a scent that pairs a juicy blood orange opening with a rich honeyed floral heart. This oil leans hard into the sweetness: the orange and honey arrive almost immediately and stay dominant throughout most of the wear, giving a louder, candier impression than the original's more gradual build. Gardenia and peach add a bit of floral-fruity texture but never really assert themselves the way they do in the real Scandal, where the honey is balanced by a genuinely floral heart rather than swamping it. The patchouli-musk base holds a warm, slightly woody undertone that keeps things from turning purely sugary, which is a fair nod to the original's structure. Performance stays modest and close to the skin, as expected of an oil, with the honeyed sweetness softening into a musky-sweet trail after a couple of hours. It's an enjoyable, unapologetically sweet take on Scandal's DNA, just with less of the floral sophistication that rounds out the designer version.
