Perfume Parlour Jewels is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2015. Jewels opens with Bergamot, Orange, and Petitgrain, settles into a heart of Cypriol Oil Or Nagarmotha, Cedar, Patchouli, and Rose, and dries down to a base of Musk, Sandalwood, Vanilla, and Labdanum. Perfume Parlour's Jewels carries a Statement verdict, an amber-led wear.

A budget clone of Acqua di Parma's Colonia Ambra. The warm citrus-into-amber arc with its resinous labdanum and salty ambergris reads recognisably, though Perfume Parlour smooths out the original's refined smoky-incense depth.

About

Jewels follows Acqua di Parma's elegant Colonia Ambra, opening with a sun-drenched Italian citrus of petitgrain, Calabrian bergamot and orange. A heart of patchouli, rose, cypriol and cedar adds earthy, slightly rosy depth before the scent settles into the original's signature warmth: labdanum, vanilla, musk, creamy sandalwood and a salty-musky ambergris. The original is prized for its rich, resinous amber with smoky incense facets and remarkable longevity, refined rather than loud. This clone captures that citrus-to-amber journey and the cosy vanilla-labdanum drydown, but the smoky-incense complexity is rendered simpler and the projection sits closer to the skin with a few hours' shorter wear. It's a warm, sophisticated cold-weather amber that captures Ambra's spirit at a fraction of the cost.
