Junoon Leather For Women is Perfume Parlour's version of Rasasi Junoon Leather Pour Femme. The house describes the original as a modern, chic woman's scent that opens on fresh spice. It lists saffron and citrus at the top. The heart is patchouli, rose, muguet, cedarwood and jasmine. The base is amber, musk, leather, sandalwood, tobacco, tonka bean and oud. Reviewers of the original talk about soft saffron wrapped round roses, a musky amber core, refined leather and a late touch of oud that never takes over. This version keeps the same pyramid, so the main trade-off is depth: expect the saffron opening and the rose to be a little flatter, and the leather and tobacco to arrive sooner.
