Perfume Parlour's interpretation captures the original's sweet, peppery berry-rose and its mature, put-together feel convincingly, but it reads a fraction flatter, the berries a touch louder and more synthetic up top and the drydown thinner than the designer original. Where Modern Muse Le Rouge can push a strong several hours with good projection, here longevity is more moderate and the trail closer to the skin.
