Sun Goddess follows By Kilian's Sunkissed Goddess: a brief lift of bergamot and neroli before the heart blooms into solar florals - creamy tiare flower and ylang-ylang. The drydown is the heart of it, a warm, luscious coconut and vanilla rounded by guaiac wood and a touch of labdanum, smelling like luxurious sun cream on warm skin. It is creamy, nostalgic and gently gourmand rather than fresh or aquatic. Against the original, the PP take is one of the closer matches - owners call it near-identical with strong longevity - though the high-end version stays marginally smoother and more seamless in the blend.
