About

The Others is Perfume Parlour's take on Cacharel's Anais Anais, the soft white-floral that launched an era of feminine bouquets in the late 1970s. It opens green and delicate with orange blossom, hyacinth and white lily over a fresh citrus lift, then unfolds into a rich romantic heart of jasmine, rose, iris, lily of the valley and ylang-ylang. The base settles into a powdery, mossy chypre of sandalwood, amber, musk, oakmoss and a touch of incense. Against the original, this budget version simplifies the intricate floral layering and reads softer and more linear, with the vintage chypre depth pared back and longevity closer to the skin. Still, the powdery, ultra-feminine character is recognisable, making it a pretty and nostalgic budget option for spring days and gentle autumn evenings.
