123 FH Aftershave draws on Dior Fahrenheit's dense, unmistakable fougere-leather structure: lavender, bergamot and nutmeg flower up top, a violet leaf and nutmeg heart, and a leather-vetiver-amber base. Fahrenheit is one of the most divisive and instantly recognisable men's fragrances ever released, famous for a violet-leaf note that some describe as smelling almost like petrol or wax alongside its warm leather backbone, and this aftershave leans into that same bold, leathery warmth rather than trying to soften it. The violet-leaf-leather pairing comes through clearly, keeping the distinctive, statement-making character the original built its cult reputation on. It settles into a slightly more conventional leather-amber-musk finish rather than fully replicating Fahrenheit's uniquely waxy, almost synthetic violet facet, but as an aftershave layer it still delivers real boldness and warmth for a fraction of the price of the original.
