Brume Orpin is a French haute perfumery house created by perfume designer Tiphaine Cogez Cousseau in 2024, following a career at Rochas, Balmain and Maison Francis Kurkdjian. The brand is based in Paris, with its registered address on Boulevard Haussmann, and positions itself at the intersection of high-end fragrance craft and rigorous environmental and health standards.

From launch in late 2024, Brume Orpin introduced a collection of five eaux de parfum and refillable scented candles developed with the fragrance house Symrise, using a deliberately restricted palette of fewer than fifty ingredients. These materials are natural or derived from green chemistry, fully biodegradable and largely sourced locally in France, wider Europe and the Mediterranean basin, with an explicit aim to reduce allergen risk and environmental impact. The compositions are conceived as distinct scenes or "acts" inspired by nature, art and culture, each fragrance telling a specific story rather than following generic trends.

The house extends its sustainability philosophy to packaging, using mass-tinted recycled glass, refillable bottles, expanded cork coffrets, compostable caps and papers, and bio-sourced coatings such as galalith and French algae-based paint, all chosen to minimize carbon footprint. Brume Orpin also emphasizes fair production practices, prioritizing local supply chains and the well-being of growers involved in its raw material sourcing. In the French market, the brand is distributed selectively, including an exclusive presence at Printemps, reinforcing its positioning as a contemporary niche haute parfumerie with a strong ecological and scientific backbone.
