Dried fruit of Vitis vinifera. No supplier sells a raisin absolute or extract and no manufacturer datasheet was found, so in perfumery this is a built accord rather than an extraction. Parfinity names ethyl maltol, furaneol and gamma-nonalactone as the compounds used to reproduce it.
