Executive Order bills itself as an original creation, not a dupe of any single fragrance, though its citrus-aquatic-to-woody arc is a familiar modern-masculine shape. It opens with mandarin peel and bergamot cut by a briny sea-salt accord and a breath of cool mint, a fresh, office-appropriate burst that reads clean rather than distinctive.
