Eden Perfumes No.127 Attractive Man is an Eau de Parfum. No.127 Attractive Man opens with Bergamot, Lemon, Mandarin, and Lavender, settles into a heart of Anise, Cedar, Vetiver, and Patchouli, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Sandalwood, and Oakmoss. Eden Perfumes's No.127 Attractive Man carries an Acquired verdict, a warm spicy-led wear.

Eden's own house blend rather than a named designer dupe, No.127 leans on a citrus-into-tonka-bean structure that reads as an easy, mainstream masculine signature scent for casual and date-night wear.

About

No.127 Attractive Man is one of Eden Perfumes' own compositions, built around a bright citrus opening of ginger, lavender, mandarin, peach, bergamot and lemon. Unlike Eden's designer-inspired lines, this one is not tied to a single named original, so it plays more freely with structure - the top accord is unusually crowded for a mainstream men's fragrance, giving an initial burst that is fresher and slightly more scattered than a typical department-store aftershave. The heart settles into a soft floral-woody blend of freesia, gardenia, patchouli, anise, vetiver, cedar, jasmine, pepper and rosewood, before a creamy, sweet base of benzoin, tonka bean, sandalwood, vanilla, musk, amber, coconut and oakmoss takes over. That tonka-vanilla-amber combination is the scent's real character - warm, smooth and a little sweet, closer to a soft gourmand fougere than anything aggressively synthetic. It wears well for daytime office use and holds up reasonably on a night out, though as with most budget vegan formulations the projection softens noticeably after a few hours, so a reapplication before evening plans is worth keeping in mind.
