Vision follows the same route: bergamot, mandarin and blackcurrant open bright and energising, jasmine, rose and violet add a light floral touch in the heart, and sandalwood, amber and musk provide the foundation. The citrus opening is a fair approximation of the original's freshness, and the overall silhouette is easy to recognise. The gap shows up in the base, where LV's genuinely smooth, almost silky sandalwood treatment gives Imagination a lingering, expensive-feeling finish that Vision cannot quite match; the woods here read simpler and the musk fades to a faint skin scent well ahead of the original's longer performance. It is a fair way to trial the citrus-woody-musk combination for daily wear without committing to the full-price bottle.
