GA57 opens with a tart cassis note, moving into a rose and freesia heart, then closes on vanilla, patchouli and woody notes. It's a fair rendering of Si's chypre-fruity idea, and at this price it's an easy way to sample that blackcurrant-rose-patchouli combination that made the original a modern signature scent staple.
