Musamam opens with a flash of sharp mandarin and aromatic lavender, quickly giving way to a potent leathery-woody core. Saffron adds a rubbery, almost metallic edge, leading into a deep dry-down of smoky incense, labdanum, and the cold, ozonic bite of Akigalawood. It’s a scent that morphs from an initial citrusy jab to a full-bodied, almost animalic, and powerfully woody leather experience. No softness here, just raw intensity from start to finish.
