Graceful Lady For Women

Perfume Parlour Graceful Lady For Women is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2012. Graceful Lady For Women opens with Pear, Mandarin, and Bergamot, settles into a heart of Cherry Blossom, Rose, and Heliotrope, and dries down to a base of Vanilla and Holly. Perfume Parlour's Graceful Lady For Women carries a Statement verdict, a sweet-led wear.

Perfume Parlour's budget read of Nina Ricci Nina Fantasy, the dreamy sugared cherry blossom. It captures the juicy pear-and-blossom playfulness well, but pushes the candy sweetness a touch louder while the delicate powdery drydown thins out faster than the already-light original. A sweet, girlish daytime spritz.

About

Graceful Lady opens just like Nina Ricci's Nina Fantasy: a bright wash of juicy pear with mandarin and bergamot, fizzy and fun. The heart is all sugared cherry blossom, softened by rose and a powdery heliotrope that gives it that pillowy, almost edible feel. The base settles into sugar and vanilla with a faint holly accent, keeping it sweet and feminine. Compared with the designer, the PP version leans a little harder on the candied sweetness up top and renders the powdery floral heart slightly flatter and less nuanced. The original was always a light, discreet wear, and this dupe is lighter still, projecting close to the skin and fading after a few hours. It is a playful, youthful pick for warm-weather daytime, dates, and casual outings where a soft sugared-blossom trail is the goal.
