Oud Symphony chases Maison Crivelli's beloved Oud Cadenza, opening with a warm spice cabinet of cinnamon, saffron, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and pink pepper. The heart is where the original's magic lives: sticky dates, caramel and sugar cane wrapped around a smooth, soft oud with incense, amberwood and myrrh. A rich gourmand base of Madagascar vanilla, tonka, cacao butter, leather and musk seals the warmth. The original is famous for being a soft, never-overpowering oud with insane 12-15 hour longevity and great projection. This clone captures that sweet-spicy gourmand-oud arc faithfully, but the oud reads a touch flatter and synthetic, the spices a little louder, and the longevity drops to a still-respectable several hours. It's an opulent, cosy cold-weather oud that delivers the Cadenza experience for pennies.
