No. 163 mirrors Gucci Rush 2's formula - the softer, greener sibling to the original Rush: freesia and lily of the valley up top, narcissus and palm wood at the heart, blackcurrant and musk underneath. Fresh out of the bottle it captures the airy, youthful floral character well. The difference shows in the drydown: Rush 2's oakmoss and musk settle into a soft powdery finish that lasts for hours, while this version thins out to a simple clean musk within two to three hours and loses most of its green facet along the way. A pleasant, easy daytime floral for the price, but shorter-lived and less textured than the original.
