Ocean Breeze

Ocean Breeze opens with a bright citrus and mint combination close to the original Pacific Chill's zesty, blackcurrant-flecked start, and that opening is the strongest point of comparison. Louis Vuitton's version builds real complexity from there, layering apricot, basil, carrot seed and May rose into an unusual green-fruity heart before settling on fig, dates and ambrette. Ocean Breeze simplifies that middle stage considerably, leaning on a straightforward green apple and rose note instead, then finishing on a musk and driftwood base that trades the original's warm, slightly gourmand fig-date undertone for a cleaner, more generic coastal-musk feel. It is an easy, likeable summer fragrance in its own right, refreshing and low-effort, but it flattens out much of what makes Pacific Chill unusual among citrus scents.
