Max Foucaut Ombre Solaire is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2024. Ombre Solaire opens with Green Notes, Spicy Notes, Aquatic, and Bergamot, settles into a heart of White Flowers, Floral Notes, Spicy Notes, and Herbal, and dries down to a base of Woody Notes, Musk, Earthy, and Cedar. Max Foucaut's Ombre Solaire carries an Acquired verdict, a green-led wear.

A citrus, floral and woody Eau de Parfum that sets bitter orange, marine and green notes against jasmine, vetiver, cedar and hay. Almost no wearer feedback exists, so performance and fit are open.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Ombre Solaire is the Los Angeles scent in Max Foucaut's OMBRE Eau de Parfum collection, a trio that ties each fragrance to a city and a fabric. This one is denim. The brand pictures a California beach: sun-soaked sand, greenery along the Pacific coast and cool ocean spray, and it takes the name from palm shadows lying across the sand. The opening is bright and a little bitter, with bergamot, bitter orange, orange blossom, green notes, fresh spices and an aquatic touch. The heart is floral and herbal, built on jasmine, white flowers and spice. Vetiver, cedar, hay, musk and earthy woods make up the base, which is dry and slightly sunbaked rather than sweet. The structure is clear, with marine and green facets running from top to bottom, but the scent was launched only in 2024 and almost nobody has rated it. There is no written wearer account to lean on, so nothing reliable can be said about how long it lasts or how far it carries. Ombre Solaire is for wearers who like citrus and jasmine with a dry, woody and grassy finish, and who want a sea-air feel without a sugary base. A sample on skin will show how the bitter orange and hay balance for you.
