Meo Fusciuni Last Season is an Extrait de Parfum launched in 2024, created by Giuseppe Imprezzabile. Meo Fusciuni's Last Season carries an Acquired verdict, a woody-led wear.

This one is a properly divisive beast - a love-it-or-hate-it affair where the 'haters' aren't just indifferent, they're repulsed. If you love it though, you'll be treated to a wild, artistic journey into the dark heart of the forest. Definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Fall Winter

A cold-weather scent - best worn in autumn and winter.

Best Occasions

With eternal longevity and strong sillage, this isn't one for close quarters. Its intense, earthy, and animalic character makes it unsuitable for most formal or office settings. It's more an 'experience' than a 'wearable', best suited for outdoor casual wear in autumn or winter.

Declarable allergens

We derive these from the materials behind this fragrance's notes, not from the bottle. Each one is likely, not confirmed. The list is partial - the box can name others.

In standard patch-test panels

  • Oakmoss Evernia prunastri extract from Oakmoss

Other declarable allergens

  • Bay laurel Laurus Nobilis Leaf Oil from Bay Leaf
  • Bay laurel Laurus Nobilis Leaf Oil from Bay Leaf
  • Bay laurel Laurus Nobilis Leaf Oil from Bay Leaf
  • Sandalwood Santalol from Sandalwood
  • Synthetic musk Hexamethylindanopyran from Musk

The large name is the everyday one. The small name is the INCI form on the box, so you can compare the two. Reactions differ between people. A patch-test panel is not a ranking of risk. How we derive this

About

Last Season plunges you headfirst into a damp, primeval forest. It opens with an almost medicinal, bitter greenness from galbanum and artemisia, quickly layered with the animalic growl of castoreum and leather. As it settles, a rich, earthy blend of oakmoss, vetiver, and patchouli emerges, evoking wet soil and decaying leaves. Hints of smoky birch and resinous oud weave through, creating a complex, dark, and brooding atmosphere that lingers eternally.
