Floral Crown For Women

Perfume Parlour Floral Crown For Women is an Eau de Parfum launched in 1956. Floral Crown For Women opens with Bergamot, Violet Leaf, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Tuberose, Rose, Jasmine, and Ylang-Ylang, and dries down to a base of Orris, Sandalwood, and Cedar. Perfume Parlour's Floral Crown For Women carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

Perfume Parlour's budget version of Creed Fleurissimo, the regal bridal white-floral made for Grace Kelly. It captures the lush tuberose-rose-jasmine bouquet and powdery orris drydown, but reads a touch sharper and less refined than the high-end original, with shorter staying power.

About

Floral Crown follows Creed Fleurissimo: a green-tinged opening of bergamot, violet leaf and mandarin gives way to the signature lush bouquet - creamy tuberose at the centre, threaded with powdery rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and a touch of neroli. It is a classic, romantic white-floral, the kind built for weddings and elegant occasions. The drydown softens into powdery orris over sandalwood and cedar. Against the Creed, the PP take keeps the floral heart full and pretty but renders the tuberose a little waxier and the orris-wood base simpler, losing some of the seamless, expensive refinement and reading slightly more 2D. Where the original can hold six to eight hours, this dupe wears lighter and fades faster. A graceful, feminine floral for spring daytime, dates and dressed-up evenings.
