Where it diverges is at either end: instead of Miss Dior's gentle apricot and peach fruitiness, Miss Demeanor opens with a punchier strawberry and pink pepper combination, trading subtlety for immediate sweetness and a touch of spice. The base tells a similar story, keeping the musk and sandalwood that anchor the original but adding patchouli, which pulls the drydown in a slightly earthier, less purely powdery direction than Miss Dior's vanilla-tonka-benzoin finish. The overall effect is a scent that's recognisably in the same floral family as Miss Dior but reads a shade bolder and fruitier, with a little more mischief than the polished original.
