About

Rahassanai is a complex, dark and resinous scent with a very long list of ingredients. Camphor, pine tar, spruce and oud give it a sharp, smoky, woody core, while castoreum and skunk cabbage add an animalic, earthy edge. Herbs such as lavender, basil, coriander and cumin bring a savoury touch, and galbanum and violet leaf add green notes. Flowers including jasmine, rose, iris and tuberose appear alongside myrrh, oakmoss and nutmeg. It is bold, odd and layered, closer to a piece of art than an everyday fragrance.
