About

Shunkoin is a powder scent from first spray to last. Orris root gives it a dry, soft powder, and a creamy, milk-like sweetness hints at vanilla and coconut. As it settles, a delicate cherry blossom note adds a faint floral touch, and tea gives it a grounded, earthy edge. Frankincense brings a thin thread of resin. The base is powdery sandalwood with vanilla and woody notes, soft and smooth. It lasts a long time and projects moderately, so it sits near the wearer rather than filling a room. Spring, autumn and winter all suit it, and it works for casual days, dates and the office. It is less at home in summer heat.
