It closes on a base of musk, tonka bean and frankincense, a sweet, warm finish that trades some of Cherry Smoke's leathery, incense-forward drama for a softer, more straightforwardly sweet gourmand character. Where the genuine Tom Ford leans dark, sexy and surprisingly masculine thanks to its smoky, leather-adjacent facets, this dupe stays sweeter and more one-dimensional, with the cherry and tonka dominating and the smoke reading as a supporting note rather than a defining one.
