Sunflower Pop is the fizzy citrus-fruity bellini of the line. Despite the name, there is no sunflower-the-note in the composition (reviewers repeatedly confirm this - the name is an homage to the Van Gogh paintings, not a literal note list). It is joyful, bright, and it does not pretend to be complicated. The opening bursts open with mandarin and Calabrian bergamot, juicy and carbonated-feeling rather than dry. A peach-bellini heart follows with a passionfruit twist and a soft white-floral bouquet, keeping the fruit grounded in a floral frame rather than letting it tip into a Jolly Rancher register.
