About

Belle Cristal Attar is Pearl Fragrances' oil take on the sun-drenched Soleil Cristal flanker of Lancome's La Vie Est Belle line. The mandarin and pink pepper opening arrives bright and a little sharper than the original's softer citrus, giving way quickly to a creamy coconut-vanilla heart that dominates the whole wear. Where the designer version balances that sweetness with iris and ylang-ylang for a powdery, grown-up finish, this oil skips the powder almost entirely and stays in beach-holiday territory: warm, syrupy, uncomplicated. Jasmine and orange blossom add a light floral lift rather than genuine depth.
