This is a seriously divisive champagne-rose, fizzy and effervescent for some, but a bit grim for others. If you're after that 'Slavic birthday experience', complete with sparkling wine and a bouquet of roses, then Dom Rosa is absolutely your jam. Just don't say we didn't warn you about the potential celery note.
