Melon Kiss is a holiday drink. Ripe melon opens it, juicy and sweet, with a little bergamot to give the fruit some lift. Coconut follows, soft and creamy, which cushions the melon into something smoother and rounder. Honey runs through the base, golden and slow, and vanilla finishes it with a warm, gentle sweetness. The whole thing tends towards dessert fruit. Strength is middling. Summer suits it best, in the heat, on the beach, for casual days and balmy evenings. The sweetness is too casual for the office and formal events. Melon can sit oddly on some skins, so try it before you commit. For a cheerful tropical gourmand, it is a happy summer choice.
