Lalique

Artistic glass bottles with selective perfume compositions since 1992.

About Lalique

Lalique originated in France when René Lalique established his jewelry business in Paris in 1888, registering the RL mark the following year. His collaboration with perfumer François Coty began around 1907, revolutionizing perfume bottles by combining artistic glass design with mass production techniques, which made luxury packaging accessible. This partnership shifted Lalique's focus from jewelry to glassmaking, including ornate perfume vessels produced at his Wingen-sur-Moder factory opened in 1922. The brand's perfume division launched in 1992 under Marie-Claude Lalique, René's granddaughter, with the debut fragrance Lalique de Lalique.

Owned since 2010 by Swiss-based Lalique Group SA (formerly Art & Fragrance SA, founded 2000), Lalique Parfums emphasizes crystal-inspired bottle designs paired with compositions targeting connoisseurs. The 2008 acquisition of the Lalique brand by Art & Fragrance integrated its glassmaking heritage into modern fragrance production. Headquarters remain tied to French operations in Wingen-sur-Moder, Alsace.
